Web Administration

Web administration is one of the most important, but overlooked aspects of creating and running a web site. The web administrator (or webmaster) is the person responsible for the overall managing and maintenance of a Web site and in charge of keeping the Web site up and the server running. The jobs of a webmaster can be varied, including maintaining security, handling customer service including community building, troubleshooting , responding to e-mails about the Web site, and keeping the site up-to-date.
